So, now in say 2 weeks, my flight from Buenos Aires goes out. But still be enjoyed. And just in Uruguay. Meanwhile, I arrived in Montevideo and am somewhat flattened. Everything is already much of Western (the many forget not on the street sleeping man [mass], of course!), The drivers let me kindly waving across the road and I have to cross when no longer fear for my life, the skin color is lighter the country are flat and light green and the temperatures pleasant 28-32 degrees. Yes, paired with lower humidity that is the biggest luxury I can afford here ... :)
So much has happened since my last blog entry. Before I begin, there are at Asuncion is the last 2 days:
I came to Concordia after a night journey from Posadas. Exactly the right time. For an hour later it was the bus to Salto, Uruguay and thus something. One more stamp on the passport, it went with the nice woman at the tourist information booth to the city. The hotel Tia. And put things in the city. After some running to and fro by the extremely attractive city but it just went back to the hotel. For a night without sleep (I can not sleep on the bus, so I try to ...) consumed. The next morning, already much fresh (at least I, the temperatures INDEED, in the morning about 30 degrees) to the bus terminal. And into the bus to Montevideo. And who sits next to me? in Montevideo, then the first problem. Accommodation. Because it's Saturday and that high travel season for Argentina and Uruguayañas. And therefore all occupied. But well, a shower with a separate cabin, not even about the toilet seat and almost free-floating and containing just for one night only ... Not bad! ;)

And my first impression of downtown Montevideo's very, very good. Really, an incredible number of great houses, very reminiscent of the colonial era. And full of tourist police. For in Ciudad del Viaje (the most beautiful and oldest part of town) there are only so abound of refugees and poverty is rampant. Rest is clear ...
Today, on Sunday basically everything is closed, the city sleeps, this online store such thing as an absolute exception.
